Day 2: Ngadi – Jagat (1330 m)

Ngadi turned out to be bigger than we thought. The place we slept before turned to about 1 km from the actual village.

Already at this points signs were put up for the right track to Manang. We had the choice between going on directly or checking out the hot springs just about 45 minutes walk away - and chose the latter.

After 45 minutes walk (thats wihout backpacks…) we arrived at the river with really nice springs. There were a total of 3 pools and for some reason no one used this one.

Most people used these to. The top one was very hot and the lower one was a just comfortable temperature - and it covered your entire body.

Besides us there were only locals at the springs. It gave some authenticity, although these women wanted us to go away so they could use the waters.

Arriving back in Lower Bahundada we kept our bags at this lodge. The guy in picture even showed us the way to the springs.

We came to see lots and lots of donkeys. This was one of the first ones.

Crossing Bahundada and descending on the other side of the hils the view of these rice fields was absolutely amazing.

Arriving in Ghermu we decided not to stay here but continue to Jagat (1300) where we arrived in the dark.
